Nurse Practitioner will review and send you an email to confirm that you can book an initial consultation. This email will be sent to you within 72hrs (Mon-Fri). Please check your ‘spam’ folder. If you do not receive an email, please complete “Contact Us”.

Client- book your initial consultation - date 3-4 weeks ahead. Your initial consultation will be confirmed once the fee is completed.

Please note that initial labs may take 3+ weeks to receive and will be required for your first consultation.

Nurse Practitioner will complete required initial lab requisitions and send you the link.

These labs will be ordered based on your individual needs and will include an in-depth review of your general health, along with endocrine and hormone panel.

Client goes for lab work at their community lab site. Preferred to go to Dyncare but can also go to Shared Health site if that is the only lab available to you. Please ensure you are FASTING for 8-12 hrs prior to having labs done.

Females: IF you are still having menstrual cycles, please note which date of your cycle you had your labs done. (For example, if your cycles are 28 days between menses, if you go 2 weeks after your first day of your menses then that would be day 14. Although it is preferred to have labs drawn day 19-21 - it is not mandatory.) If your cycles are irregular, then timing is not as relevant.

Please note that if your labs are not available by the time of your appointment, then the Nurse Practitioner may NOT be able to start any treatments.

Day of Consultation/Appointment: Virtual: you will be sent a link the day of your appointment (may be 1hr before your scheduled appointment time). In person: you will be seen at Nature Doctors; please check in with admin. As you have already pre-paid for this appointment, no further fees will be charged for this time.

This information includes health card number information, labs, diagnostic results if the tests were done in Manitoba by a Manitoba health service provider, and information on prescriptions that were ordered and dispensed by a Manitoban pharmacy.

YES, our Nurse Practitioner can do your pap IF you are seeing her through Nature Doctors and Body Measure at an in-person visit. Please note there is an EXTRA TRAY FEE for this.

Virtual clients will not be able to have their paps done by our Nurse Practitioner unless they book a visit with her at Nature Doctors and Body Measure.
